Choose the add-ons you need when placing your exchange order.
01 Priority Processing
During business hours, we’ll process your order within the timeframe shown when you place it. The timeframe starts once your payment is credited to us.If your payment is credited outside business hours, we’ll prioritize your order when we reopen in the morning.
02 Single-Transfer Payout
We’ll send your full payout in one transfer.For large payouts, the service terms may specify “or in as few transfers as possible.” If that condition applies and transfer limits prevent us from sending the full amount at once, we’ll use the fewest transfers possible.
03 Payout Receipt
Once we send your payout, we’ll provide proof of the transfer. Depending on the payout method, this may be a receipt, a screenshot of the transaction, or another document confirming the transfer.
04 VIP Support
We’ll help with special requests and support you at every stage of the exchange, from placing your order through payout. A dedicated account manager is available for large exchanges and high-volume clients.
05 Third-Party Payout
Select this add-on if another person or company should receive the payout. Enter the recipient’s payment details when placing your order.
