Exchange order processing time:
This is a semi-automatic exchange direction. This operation is handled manually by the operator (during working hours) after receiving 20 confirmations by the Tether (TRC20) network. The maximum payment period for the Exchange order is up to 4 hours (website mode “Operator online”).
